What is the P&C?
The “Parents and Citizens Association” (P&C) is a group of parents, carers and local residents who volunteer their time and skills to help the Victoria Avenue Public School (VAPS) community.
Key ways our P&C contribute are:
- Coordinating services such as the canteen, uniform shop and Walking School Bus
- Driving fundraising activities
- Organising community building events
- Acting as a liaison between the school and parents

Get Involved
Many of the initiatives driven by the P&C require volunteer helpers. We encourage all VAPS parents and carers to get involved – not only is it an important contribution to the school community, but it’s a great way to meet other local families.
